Delete your account

The fastest and most secure way to delete a Verselet account is inside the app while you are signed in.

Delete in the app

Open Verselet and go to Settings.
Choose Privacy & permissions.
Choose Delete account.
Read the permanent-deletion warning and choose Delete account again.

This cannot be undone. Deletion signs you out and permanently removes the Verselet account, login identities, sessions, profile, authored poems, and associated moderation and review history from active systems.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address associated with your Verselet account. Use the subject “Verselet account deletion request” and tell us which sign-in method you used. We will only ask for information reasonably needed to verify control of the account.

What may remain briefly

Security or legal records may be retained only when required by law. Limited encrypted recovery copies may remain until the service provider's normal recovery cycle expires; they are not available in the app or used as active account data.

Provider accounts are separate

Deleting Verselet removes the connection stored by Verselet. It does not delete your Apple ID, Google Account, or email account. You can also manage app access in your Apple or Google account settings.
